It happens to me all the time............ I had even thought of buying a new phone. the credit balance shows 90 bob but the voice back keeps telling me am low on credit...... grrrrrh its so maddening!

@Njung'e, these are systems. why do you think you find yourself being overcharged and later getting refunds? the reverse happens as well. Laughing out loudly

@guka. Dialers are a group of malware designed to call a premium number automatically without your knowledge. if you have a 3g phone, then you may be at risk

Ehh Heeeee, word on the street is the new era is coming with renewed focus on CUSTOMER. I've seen a number of cases of these charge mishaps happening (conplicated option and all).
Though when I couldn't load a data bundle yesterday:
1. Got through to customer care
2. On my second call, there systems showed I'd called before so we just continued
3. I was called back today to confirm it's sorted today

Okay, I actually think situation was resolved by itself (tech still the same) but they made effort to look like they care.

And I see on today's news some 4G testing has now began on a handful of BTS...

Today in BDA, MJ says that despite a drop in pricing, he has not seen an uptake in minute usage.

Scary stuff coming from the outgoing MD. Does that mean...losses soon?
