Guka, call customer servive. they actually do refund the credit. My pal got refunded some credit last week. It actually records on their side too

Infact just checked, don't actually call, post your complain on their wall on facebook.

Just call customer service and have it checked. The systems sometimes reserve money for data if you buy data bundles. But can be refunded.

you can always do a location update as well. that is switch off the phone then switch it on and check whether the balance will be updated. again it could be someone changed your tariff. just check it. because doing the math, on safari tariff, your 3 calls would cost sh256.50 (@sh28.50 per minute billing).

i talked to a don't care in customer care.Nothing so far....but...I re-loaded,have made several calls but the credo is not moving....haha!!....Wish it stays that way until my 90th birthday...lol.
