Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

I'm sorry to say this but in my opinion this dude is a joke! He sinks 500,000/= into that 'project' expecting to get what in return? Seriously!?

His dream, his money. This guy might live a more fulfilled life than most of us. Imagine if in today's complex world you actually get to do what makes you happy bila fears and insecurities?

@2012, point on. he is living his dream. whether it works or not, he will never regret not attempting it, unlike most of us.

You hubby is busy sinking half a million [and a whole year of his life] that could have been used to uplift the family and he doesn't want to be told anything - George Bush style - You are either with me or against me! Haaaapana. Absolutely bure kabisa!!

Aiissh, you have to give it to the man, the determination, and the support of friends, no give up attitude...

It reminds me of a Joel Osteen podcast I heard about Now Faith, and how Jesus approached the paralyzed guy who'd stayed by the pool of Bethseda for a whole 38yrs. You see every so often, the waters would stir and whomever touched the water first was cured. No one was there to help him, but even after 38yrs, he hadn't given up.

No I have to yearn more for that - dream big, take risks, fail harder - attitude.
