I'd suggest try EAEP (took over Heinnemann's Kenya business) or Mac Millan - but it really depends on what you would like published and whether they feel there is a market for it. It might be well written but if they feel there is no market for it...well....try another publisher.
There is a publisher who came on the market of late and tryng to "hawk" books on super market shelves - all this on the strength of the publisher's owner having been nominated for some prize or the other - I have read her book and erm...well...ahem.
Okay, try MacMillan or EAEP and good luck.
