Good people, Milele Ventures selling a 1/4 acre plots 2KM from Ruiru police at 700K. Is it a good buy?

The milele ventures plots are a good buy. Got two sometime last year for a little less than 700k, good to know they sre appreciating already.

i have lived in utawala since 2004 and i have to admit that 280,000/= is a fair price considering the fact that the bypass has opened up the area.
in regard to acquiring more land in utawala, i can
refer you to a guy called Dominic but we call him 'Major'.
