hello wazuans.. glad to be part of this community. would like to know if I want to buy shares of certain company , what criteria should I look at in a company to consider it worthwhile.  thank you in advance

First learn to read financial (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow etc) and you will know what to look out for and make sound decisions. Look at the thread titled KCB Q3... and you'll see that guys are seeing past good results.
