Any info on statistical performance of the last few years! How many shares will be on offer? what kind of pe are we talking of at the offer price of KES 66.

There is a difference between Royal Ngao and Real. If it is Real, they insure PSVs. Cant touch.

The p/e will be 11.56 which is same as CIC. But in terms of asset base and profitability, CIC is significantly higher than that of Real Group!

My initial view - The purpose is "The net proceeds from the issue of new shares will be applied inter alia as equity for the Royal Ngao Towers development"
This cash will NOT be used to grow the business, but to construct an office block.
Unless I missed it, the document doesn't mention who the directors are - thought this is pertinent. Mureka Investment Company Limited, Zeniki Investments Limited and Kenya Farmers Association are mentioned as the shareholders, who are these guys?
Am I over reacting?
