Did you guys check tuesday 12th Standard newspaper where there was a picture of two Police man unleashing a police dog to a man.This was during the match btw.Kenya and Uganda at the Nyayo National Stadium. I see this to be an offence against humanity and the two guys should be charged before a court of law.First it beats logic for such an act the guy is already on the ground and the police rain on him with truncheon and at the same time unleashing the dogs to him.Where is this bloody commish to tame his guys niwakati were reforms.

At the stadium, it didn't seem to me that their was any act of violence until i saw that picture

It looked like a photo from the 60's blacks protests in southern US states....only that the cops in this photo were blacker than the guy being bitten by dogs and truncheoned!
