Before i commit myself into this investment,i would like to get the wise counsel of stocks kenya members. there's this organization called jamii bora which is owned by some wazungu and is perfectly legally registered to offer it's memebers low cost housing. i understand they have a huge project of 2 bedroom houses with garden/water/electricity/parking in the kiserian area.

the houses kind of bungalows,are stone/tiles built in high quality. these houses are apparently going for unbelievable 350k flat and you then get a title! but there's some catch. i'm told you have to joint his jamii bora organization and take 4 members with you to register which cost only 100 bob only! this sort of alarmed me since ponzi/pyramind scheme came into my mind. i'm told you then must open an account with stanchart bank.

i already know someone who has successfully purchased the 2 bedroom house issued with a title and keys for 350k in kiserian area where there are hundreds and hundreds of already built houses. supermarket/schools/hospital etc are coming up within an year. those are all the facts that i have. is there anyone here who could chip in more knowledge about the purchases and any hidden issues if any with this jamii bora organization? their site i : http://www.jamiibora.org/housing.htm

Its a hoax....don't try. The vikwazo's they give you in terms of time lines,size of group..............it's all crap.Not worth it!!
