No one has as per statement below
Access Kenya ltd ann'ced a final dividend of shs.0.30 on 22-March-2010. Book Closure date 01-Sep-2010. Payment 14-October 2010.

Just an inquiry, when you dont receive your dividend, who do you 'report' to?
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

Has any dividend been declared, to start with? Check the financial report for year 2009 if they had declared a dividend. If they did, call the company secretary (or your stock broker)and ask them if/when cash is expected. Otherwise,if you need me to help you collect the dividend (for a fee), that too can be arranged...

If the div you are waiting for isn't tangigle, why wet your pants. As for me i dont remember collecting safcom divs.
By the way ehat happens to uncollected dividends i.e unbanked cheques or missing contacts of some shareholders.
