D&B assured me they would have online trading back on last october... its been one year later

I've been trying all morning to get my purchase order for Kenol Kobil shares to go through and the fool tells me that he can't do it because he's email is down...

My question is what if I wait until tomorrow and the share is up 10% or what if i was selling and tomorrow the share is down 10%

By the end of this week I am changing brokers... I need online trading in my life so to hell with these stone age backward brokers...

yeah your account becomes inactive if you don't operate it for 3months...

But you dont have to sell everything.. you can just transfer your shares to your new broker

@guru,
I'm with D&B too and I understand your frustration. I don't work in town and I hate going to town because of traffic and parking. Their working hrs are 9am to 3pm, I've written to them many times to consider opening to take orders on Saturdays but no response. I know they are afraid of taking orders online because they are afraid of internet fraud which mean Jimnah doesn't trust his staff, they need to get on with it because if banks are doing it, who are they not to?

BBI will solve it

I have said this before and I will say it again. D&B are a bunch of inefficient, arrogant buffoons who are an embarassment to the entire investment banking industry. Someone close that @##$$%^ shop!

A different view would be, why are they resisting technology, plus the other email/telephone order brokers? NSE is online, CDSC is online. Hmmm... I wonder....

last time I was in dyer no one was getting their cheques clearedShame on you guys were openly protesting...some had been waiting for a monthPray

It took me nearly two weeks to transfer after putting up with very stupid reasons.

I noticed they have put cameras on every pc...eti u must have a photo taken to limit fraud...this is paranoia...do they think their clients are crooks and treat them as such...someone is being loony

you will not go wrong with Africa Alliance. I make order by call or simple sms.
You can sell and buy at same time using cash obtained by sell order.holla to me if you want a guy their. They even sent you a cheque if you want.

I dont believe in the online thing. First, make a good rapport with the broker, not firm but individuals.
I do that and i make orders just by a call then make the final paperwork when i come to the city.
