In today's Nation-They think we're industrious, friendly and hopeful but also conniving,money minded,corrupt and tribalistic.They are yet to forgive us for PEV, infact, it's the only thing some people know about Kenya

.. they also think kenyans are ugly. i read somewhere that kenyans were voted the ugliest people in africa. fellow africans voted. zambians were second last. rwanda, cameroon and ethiopia topped the list.

I understand that in the recent past we have held that position in 2000, 2007 and 2009/2010.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
