I don't think its restricted to teachers. Its the society in general - I have heard of many cases in shags where when girls of a girl school go on strike esp. at night and are dispersed into the night, then young, middle-aged and old men go looking and chasing after them for you know what. Pole sana for the monos who don't know the terrain as they were dropped/picked by their parents on opening/closing day.Hence the trend of the girls walking in groups.

And female househelps have long been notorious for abusing male kids - I hope one day they will do a research one day on how many adult males involuntarily lost their virginity to female househelps as young innocent kids of <5 yrs. Utashangaa. Then some of these same guys abused as kids grow up, go to teacher colles and now end up as teachers...the victim now morphs into the villain.

...mambo ni mbaya. Travel with the long disatance buses at night..the innocent are harrased by they that are supposed to protect them.
