KCB now hits my target - Kshs 23. Where are the experts in TA to tell me how much juice there is still left, or should I just take my 35% gross return on the rights?

I do not know TA, but I think 25 plus or minus 2 should be the reasonable range for KCB. My target is 25, then I will offload about 50% to CFC or any other security with potential upsurge such as DTB.

Let us wait for the delegation that is going to China with S & L, they might just announce some good news and we see the share leapfrog to 30!

Got this from Aly Khan's daily update;

"KCB share Price data and Proposed Customer Trip to China

On behalf of the KCB Group Board and Management, I take this opportunity to welcome you all to this morning’s briefing session ahead of the planned trip to China by members of the KCB S&L Developers’ Club between October 12 and 21, 2010.The KCB Group is very proud to be creating such opportunities for exposure and networking through the KCB S&L Developers Club as part of our efforts to build stronger relationships with our clients. Since its launch last year, the KCB S&L Developers Club has been pivotal in supporting the growth of the construction sector through provision of affordable mortgage facilities and creation of value-adding partnerships with the suppliers."

24/- is the resistance that needs to be broken to push this dinosaur to 30/-

On June 11th, some broker downgraded it to 'sell' smile

Lol. yeah. Could it be riding on safcom's upsurge. people here once said that safcom is like a barrometer in the NSE. Whatever it is, let it keep happening. My exit point was at 23.5, i dint think it'll come this fast. But at this rate,im waiting out for a higher one. Besides PKOLI the man, says ~25, and he's been right so far about everything KCB.

Hit my average purchase price of 22.83 - Most of my lot was from the previous rights issue at 25. However, I have no plans to liquidate as I think there is still a lot of gas in the tank.

Those who did not take up their rights and thus threw 35% out of the window; please stand up and be counted....

I decided to bail out but only managed to sell about 25% of my portfolio thus far at Kshs 23. Price has since dropped a bit. I will progressively sell more if the price continues going up.

I bought some Co-op at 18.10 today. I hope I will not live to regret the switch.

@mwanahisa. Interesting move, to join co-op now. Might have been a good idea to let the bus stop reversing....but who knows. Co-op at 17 ish would be very tempting, I must agree.

Resistance is expected after the gradual rise from 18. After a while, it will break the 23 barrier and ease to 25. This will be smoother if 3Q results are nice
