Even when the Ethiopians were not around this time, we still managed to give away that 5000 Gold!!

I hope you meant in all Commonwealth games,otherwise on continentals,Jason won 2 golds medals and a couple other medals in Senegal in 2006 and 3 gold medals and a couple more other medals in Algiers 2007.

We also got 1,500M women won by Kwamboka.Beautiful stuff.

Actually I meant 'worldwide' events incl. olympics..... I did not consider continentals...

But considering (IMO) Africa is the most significant continent around..... my statement, "First ever... " .... is incorrect.

Boaz Lalang leads an 800m podium finish......AAAK should have asked for the medals beforehand...lol

BTW,Nigeria and SA are sitting pretty well ahead of Kenya on the medal table.i know we have the 3000M steeplechase this afternoon....What other discipline do we expect medals from?Pray
