@GG ,it is the only way to hammer sense to the employees,if they think the company is making too much money and not paying them well,let them leave or buy KQ shares!

Its wise for the management to employ new staff with new terms and dismiss the expensive staff gradually as the new ones gain experience.

Yes fire those who dont want to work...the shares will recover...while a few cold nights in the job seekers docks will teach some a lesson..
