Case For Fast Tracking Over the Counter(OTC) Market In Kenya

Sometimes back there was a study conducted to access the viability of introducing an OTC market
to the Kenyan Financial Market.
Many Months down the line the Report like so many others is gathering dust somewhere.
Personally i do belief an OTC market is badly need to
efficiently connect market participants, improve price discovery,and better inform investors about opportunities that exist within companies that cannot meet the criteria for listing but offer good returns.
What thinketh thee is this an idea that should have been implemented yesterday or we are yet to get there?

Should have been done yesterday lakini between the lousy/lazy brokers, recalcitrant CMA & onerous fees/costs/burdens... we have ZILCH... Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett
