I'm looking for an accomplished web designer with a reputable portfolio of their work,ready to enter into a binding contract and be competitively priced. He/she must have an office and clients to be consulted over services offered. I have consulted some designers but most are hopeless freelancers/brokers who just want to rip you off. My inbox has been inundated with emails replying to my request for a web designer. Most of the emails are from brokers and journey-men while a number are from professionals of the calibre I was looking for. I got one offer from a suspected conman who promised me and to quote 'deshign' me a website to my taste and 'satisfacktion'.
Anyway thanks to all the genuine replies. I've now narrowed my search to 3 very decent offers. Looks like I'm halfway done. Cheers!
