And who told him that vandals will not steal these plastic covers and sell them to numerous plastic making companes dotting Athi-river and Kariobangi Lights.

Being Kenya, when he removes the metal manhole covers, he can actually make them his and sell....nashuku hii!

While still at it ,ever wondered why they are referred to as manholes and NOT womanholes?

@Djinn @magigi - both of you gutter material (ama manhole material?). I immediately thought of the South Africa High Commission where they religiously remove the covers each evening and return them in the morning - this ritual done by the security company that should be watching over them.
