ON K24...A man waylaid on Kimathi street and Raped!

This news clip on K24 last night was so
disturbing.

A young man had just withdrew 20K from an account on Kimathi street at 7.30 am when he was accosted by two peolpe who claimed they were "plain cloth" officer.

He was terrorised within the city for hours while in the captors car, taken to Eisich where they drained his account dry then proceeded to Karura forest with the victim, physically tormented him before doing ninio to the gentleman!

This is so bad.

how did they empty his account dry when most banks have a maximum of 30k withdrawal per day?

Maybe he had less than 30K in his account.....or he had his weekly limit adjusted upward to even upto to 200K/week.... Drool

Why are we focusing on the wrong things? Who cares who started the thread, the matter of fact is that something as shocking as this is happening in our midst!

Are plain clothes police mandated to provide proof of identity if mwanachi asks for it? Any laywer please help, I need to know my rights. Frankly am shocked, more so by the blaze' attitude to the thread...guys this shit can happen to anyone

I saw the clip yesterday and one thing I kept wondering how unlucky can you be, that people Take you round the city withdrawing your cash and then when they have finished with that take you to karura forest and screw you.

This guy must have done something to deserve such punishment because for a armed gang to rob you and still get the time to mess with your behind they must have been sent or people who know you.
