As usual Arap Samoei looking for relevance and media attention, on this one he erred, this ministry seems to have really clipped his wings and trips around the country!!!

On the other hand I wonder what Sally Kosgei is doing in the minstry of Agriculture, maybe she is doing a good job there but haonekani jameni!!!

Ruto's argument is refined today in the Nation pg 13, I guess he comes out clearer in as far as "relevance" is concerned, we need focus on what will drive our quest to realization of Vision 2030. How to identify the "driver courses" remains the problem.

IMO:
We need to educate engineers, doctors, technicians etc en-mass so that we can compel them to be more creative in solving our day today challenges like infrastructure, health, etc. As long as tehy remain "elitist" wage earners we will be wasting resources in training them for "national development"
