I hadn't watched the show since season 2 began but gauging by what i saw yeste night, i think churchill should up his game otherwise he will become a guest in someone else show. The only person who made me laugh was man Njoro.

@lexx, I couldnt agree more. I actually went for the live recording so i got to see the unedited version of what was shown this week, and truth be told, Man Njoro was the star, definitely the next big thing if he can manage to keep tungaing them poems. Wa....the guy was just unbelievable. Yup, churchill's got to hire some peeps to write him jokes now.

Have not watched him since some episodes in Season 1. Is he still doing those tribal jokes of his?

I can't agree with you more! This is where Kenyan artists fail. They try to do everything themselves. From musicians to actors to comedians and everyone in between. In the west, it's totally different. There are very successful musicians for example who rarely ever write their own songs. Several award winning writers who have never performed etc. Then there is a whole management crew. You as the artist concentrates at what you are best at.

In Kenya, there are so many funny people who either can't stand in front of a crowd, don't have stage presence, don't have the name, too old, too young or simply are not willing to leave their current jobs to become full time comedians! Tap this pool and let them write for you at a fee. Njung'e for example wouldn't mind writing for him like ten good jokes a month at fee. The money would help him service the standing order to his mechanic for bijuti repairs!

@Maich, spot on. these guys need to get script writers for their shows. also something that lacks with Kenyan shows is long term thinking. for instance, does the churchill show have working plans for say 3,-5 or 6 seasons?? or will it die a slow death like Redykyluss or Red Korner? thats why Eric's show was a total mess...

The poet guy is very talented. Pure entertain...ment without disappoint...ment. His first piece was the best to date. It's that ...nda song. Siku hizi naishi Ru...nda, neighbour wangu Maina Kama...nda. Anyone with a link to the video. I wouldn't mind watching it again - a couple of times!! Share tafadhali.

After watching recaps of his show, i am now convinced this guy is the best talk show host in kenya.his show should actually steal the tagline ALL KENYAN ALL THE TIME from K24.
