I love it coz enough of my pals are on Zain. The bonus can also be used for internet too. As a marketing ploy however I don't see it working much. Think is is more a way of making sure that those with Zain numbers call their pals on their Zain numbers.

Shame on you This wdnt make any business sense. Remember they have to PAY the other providers for the calls terminating there, and they are not making any money off it.....or so I think.

very right. Zain does not have the capacity for the available subscribers to make on-net calls profitably yet at the same time when making off-net calls they only make 79 cents per minute for one minute callers (3-2.21= 0.79)
zain is in this quagmire, and that's why they are coming up with such short term offers to test the water.
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'
