@Vitu, be clear are you referring to NOC as independent since all the others mentioned are Shell - You will be amazed that even the "dependents" do indulge.........

@ kadonye today i woke up at 7:00 am, was at the road at 08:00 am. Exactly 08:45am i was in nairobi. So i dont see the jam at all. Its been that way since schools closed in august.

its always the same yesterday it was 7 am, 8 am in town so for me its the same. Its been the same always!

There is this Shell off Thika Road around the Roundabout at GSU. It used to be like 88-88.9 when others were doing 95. Last went there about a month back so I don't know how much. Anybody noes?
