Can't get it but hell......A lightening "arrestor" can not be laid along.....It's got to be above the subject all the way into the ground.......Ama kizungu ndio ngumu?...lol. Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

@ impunity.... i don't think that whole mast is a lightning arrestor, unless its arresting lightning from inter galactic storms....  Anyone in the know ?

hiyo kitu is decoration tu, it syombolises the nose when you read the building as a face! two towers resemble eyes. my 2 cents!

Its more anesthetic that functional...but they have also mounted a radio transmitter on it for transmissions around the city
