@mwanahisa, seems we forgot your question.
64kbps(64,000 bits lets say on or off signals, or most basic logic signals, or the letters computers use to make words to speak), eight of this are bundled to make a byte(the words electronics use to talk to each other). Most storage is denominated in bytes(Bytes, KB, MB) transfer denominated in bits per second.(bps, kbps, mbps) etc
so 64kbps(64 * kilo or 1000) per second or 64, 000 bits per second, divide by 8 to get a byte(the word which also denotes a logic store), = 8,000bytes
because movies are large files, you talk of MB (Mega or million byte).
So you question, how long will it take to download a movie at 64kbps or 8000bytes per second? Each Mb will be 1000000/8000=125seconds per MB of movie. A short porn clip of 20seconds is about 1MB, it will take the 125seconds or about 2minutes. An average news clip 3 MB, 6minutes at 64kbps and so on, a movie 700MB, almost a whole day, though the are usually compressed and take about a quarter the estimate.
For 128kbps divide time by half of 64kbps time and the reverse for 32kbps
