The sh20 for 100sms is definately ridiculous to wanjiko mama mboga. To me,i just cant stop admiring MJs ideas-in busines the last thing u shud do is to appear desparate to your customers of which mj is playin his cards quite safely not to. Once cck cuts down the sms charges to less than sh1 ,safcom wil b safe with 0.20 (if they maintain the offer). All said n done,am waitin 4 safcom shares at sh4.50.

How do one send 100 sms in 24 hours?
Especially if u mama mboga selling bolied beans by the road side?

Analyst my foot...unless safaricom cooks its books or drastically cuts cost there is just no way it can maintain its previous years profitability..other revenue streams withstanding

LOL... IMHO, Safaricom will have to really, really crank up sales of data (including M-Pesa) to cover losses/reduction in Voice profits!

Heck, even the SMS profits will drop coz of promotions!

If Zain/Airtel can sustain the price war then Safaricom's profits will suffer. Remember even Orange & YU are in the hunt...

Tehehehehehehe! Nice one. Eti fastest?

when they say "fastest" they mean achievable potential...the don't mean that at any given time it is operating at that level..

It has capacity of 100mb per freaking second..but rarely goes above 32kbps.. Ha!Ha!Ha!.. nice one... u made me laugh. Thanx. You are sober indeed.

And the games continues. Zain could not go for long without the much hyped conditions. Their promo today for double credo is, to start with for 50/= loadings and above ( read, discrimination against mama mboga)and second only applicable to within net calls. Talk of calling the other the devil.

..you judge things with your eyes..thus you are easy to fool.

the zain offer is likely to be missed mostly by school kids and guys who are already doing fine without it..

Zain has seen the need to increase ARPU which with the lowering of tariffs will continue to dip.

Its common sense those buying bamba 20/= and below will try to make it last as long as possible so at the end of the day the ARPU goes down.

The new promotion is to atleast encourage people to buy the high denominated calling cards and at the same time encourage on net calling where ZAIN is making money.

Terms and condition will come back wapende wasi pende.
