my friend got a facebook friend request from her boss,she dint accept at first then he sent her a message,telling her how he always thinks of her and that kind of bullshit,she dint reply the message,then he sent her a another one that's when she replied asking if the messages were meant for her the idiot said yes,she wrote to him saying they cant have anything between them,he replied threatening her how her destiny at their company is close(she can be fired anytime)and that he overlooked her appointment.now this this lady is in a dilemma,today she will be going to the human resource to lodge a complaint coz in any case the worst that can happen at this point is for her to be fired,which can happen even if she doesn't not report,they have common friends(colleagues) kwa facebook.the alleged harassers profile page has updates with funny messages trashing even the company they are they work for.
there can be two scenario
someone can be impersonating this boss
or probably hii boss ni kubaff kabisa kuomba emmployee migingo kwa facebook (leaving evidence)

Happened to a friend (offline) about 11 years ago. At the time, I sought advice of a senior HR lady at another firm and the first question she asked: How old is your girl friend?

Speaking from her prior personal experience, she made me realise that often the pesky pests pick on someone they belive they can subjugate.

In short, once she got a whiff:
-her demeanour towards oppressor should have turned almost hostile
-she should have talked to HR on second occurrence
-avoided any correspondence with guy at all costs

But then again, I'm not a lady...
