If you read/watch international news about commodities you'll realize that there isnt goin to be allot of supply of sugar as was anticipated thus more accurately an equilibrium will be established and this is very bullish on sugar hence Mumias Sugar.One the short term Mumias might trade sideways but on the long term its a speculators haven with the uncertainity about the world sugar supply. and those who think Mumias will drop to Ksh 10.00 i'd rather u wait for the sun to fall from the skies coz it might b easier.Literally.

Its just speculators selling ,coz of the low sugar prices to come by years end . But if international sugar markets rally [ quite unlikly] it'll b a gud time to bail out .all the same i am anticipating a relief rally. Its too oversold.
This stock tracks the int'l sugar markets toe to toe . And that is spelling trouble for the stock ahead .

..si i thought according to T.A..for a short term trader when a 5day MACD cuts downward the 20 day MACD unashuka the counter?

True. Plus a host of other indicators confirming the negative direction. This is why I stated if 13.50 is not regained, downside risks persist. And that point appears on the year chart trend line, which makes the short term (3 - 6mths) downward trending with short term support at 12/-. But since it's been broken recently, another break is likely.
$15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!
