Do you think our politicians are challenged when it comes to communication? One Minerva, Ohio, Councilman Phil Davison gave one crazy speech to the Stark County Republican Executive Committee while trying to convince them to endorse him for county treasurer. You will love the speech [link below]. Yet another proof that even education can't help some people!

You gonna love this speech!

I watched this and the first time,it was hilarious,then after that i was really scared,he sounded like he forgot to take his medication. someone said that he looked like he was about to take hostages :))

@famooz, ati he forgot medication..lol. I loved the way he shaked with the stregth of his fury and kept on reffering word for word on the written speach....one could have been forgiven to have thought that he was auditioning for the lunatic project fame LPF.

Nope!!! Just Internet 'fame'. You can imagine how his kids are feeling. There must be a therapist making good money treating his kids!

Sometimes the problem is actually not the person reading the speech... Blame it on the writer/composer.....
