today is a very wierd trading day!!!

as at 2.00 this afternoon here are the volumes and price

INDUSTRIALS
KPLC 216,000 shares @ 224bob
EABL 1,015,500 shares @ 180bob
Mumias 2,192,000 shares @ 12.5bob

as compared to the

FINANCIALS
co-op 179,000 shares @ 16.8bob
equity 248300 shares @ 25.5bob
KCB 156,300 shares @ 18.6 bob

Looks like fund managers are raiding the industrials at the expense of the financials.

ooh **** i should have bought ARM at 90. Now am stuck with Bamburi that hasn't moved in 6 months and when it moves, might as well go down.

i would rather look at the amount of cash involved rather than the number of shares. for instance 100,000 shares of KPLC traded amounts to 20m while 4m shares of safcom is less than that.

@sober If you look at my first post you would notice that almost all the financials traded more shares than the industrials but the money flowing into the industrials because of their price was way higher

ARM proves the theory that a stock is never too expensive.
There is nothing like making money, you have to earn it.
