@alo... this is a huge problem with ladies. it is a large market no wonder they are now selling at supermarkets. I have friends who put these 'stones' as part of their monthly shopping.

i was once a mteja. A day couldnt pass without eating.... we even used to borrow from each other with other colleagues (shameful!!). when i became expectant i was weak, constant headaches, short breaths, fatigue etc. When i went to hospital, they diagnosed that i had severe anemia. They put me on iron supplements for three months and after a week taking them, i complete forgot i even had some.... whenever i thought of eating them, i just couldnt bring myself to putting them in the mouth and was wondering why i would even think of it.

Well, two years down the line, i almost went back to the habit but i went to hospital and again, i was anemic... the doc said the body craves for what it doesnt have. See a general physician and they will sort your out.

Go back to the doctor. You may be anaemic again. And also eat foods rich in iron. Sukuma, liver, meat and check your Hb regularly.
....above all, to stand.
