Folks,they have now started calling people who have been shortlisted to go collect some forms at Rm 404,NSSF Buidling. They are not asking for the 10% deposit or outright sale price yet,though.

The cost of the houses has been hiked,reportedly on the back of escalating costs of building materials...blah..blah such that the cheapest flat (2 Bdrm) that a year ago they were selling for 3.855m is now 4.4M.

If you don't receive that phone call,I guess you were not shortlisted.

@Chaka.. a loan schedule is attached to the letter requiring one to re-state his interest in purchasing the houses. But they have also said those with cash will have an added advantage,so the jury is still out on what will happen - maybe in another 12 months!!

@JLJ -fill,sign,return it and see what they say.Go to rm 404 and ask why they didnt call you like they did the rest? Let them advice. At least u will have done ur part n they wont have an excuse 2 lock u out.
