Guys, Hw hv u bn? Well, just got someone reliable who sells lands at Kitengela, and can sell to you an acre at 300,000 KeS. As my friends, i didnt want to let this opportunity pass you by. Furthermore, the ICT park will be just some km away from where the plots being sold are, and some private universities have already acquired land there for setting up their main campus.

@Avalanche 300k an acre? Are u sure about it, coz a 'friend' of mine is quoting the same price for 100 by 50?

My pal has this property in Mombasa its so beautiful, over the creek, going to Nyali, full concrete, good condition called Nyali Bridge.

I dont know the price but I dont want you to miss this chance to buy.

ICT Park is planned to be to be in Malili, that's PAST MACHAKOS. Unless there's another kitengela I don't know about.

I have property in Kitengela and the prices are nowhere near 300k an acre.
