Whatever your argument, giving wrong information touted as facts undermines your argument. I fully understand what you are trying to say - although I don't agree with your arbitrary grading.
On a global ranking, Kenya's military (remember Kenya is a 3rd world country)will of course not make it to the top 100, what with some countries' huge military-industrial complexes with impressive R&D budgets & profits (for instance Northrop Grumman that built kenya's main interceptor fighter jet the F-5 made US 32b in 2007) & some funded by the exchequer that rival the national balance sheets of many a 3rd world nation.
On a regional perspective, Kenya's armed forces, ragtag or whatever you wish to lable them, are adequate vis-a-vis their threat matrix.
And to set the record straight on a small matter - Kenya manufactures small arms ammunition 'supplies' at the Kenya Ordnance Factory in Eldoret.
