At least I got the two games right though not the scores...na hiyo si nuclear science.smile

@ 2012 agreed ...was a game of sixes. the sun captured it as thus: Six, six, Sick referring to the Six(Arsenal), Six (Chelsea), Six (Newcastle), Sick (Man-u).

Berbatov and co lacked inspiration and sharpness upfront and got punished after Nani wasted the penalty. Should we be worried by the lack of Rooney? Its telling that the only man-u goal came from a midfielder. I think the whole bunch should be blamed...Valencia, Park, Nani, Giggs were never really switched on. Where was the supply?Shame on you Shame on you Shame on you

@Njunge

True, unfortunately for Man U, rumor has it Ferdinand may never fully recover though lets wait and see, Evans now is the recognized full back for that position and he will be tormented to kingdom come, there is the never tiring Tevez to come, Super Mario, Drogba, Torrez,Pavlyuchenko just to name a few and Fergie knows he has his work cut out. On the midfield will the pensioners play week in-out for nine months, no second guessing the answer to that, what am saying is Man U might, just might be fighting for third, Wenger, Ancelloti,Redknapp and Hodgson secretly fear Man City as MAJOR title contenders, but as the say anything is possible in football, maybe Blackpool will play Europa next season!!!

The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence; it is to act with yesterday's logic.

Coming fixtures shows Man-u and Chelsea must navigate Liverpool and mancity respectively. If they dont, Arsenal may just breeze to the top.

Check this out;

Winston....Last season Arsenal beat Bolton Home & Away, Blackburn were thrashed 6 - 2, Sunderland 2 - 0.....apart from Nasri & Ramsey everyone else is fully fit. I don't think these are the kind of teams to give Wenger a headache.

@winston,remember what bothering the man u/chelsea/arsenal/l.pool its not man cityShame on you Shame on you Shame on you but the 25 man rule for pl/fa and then juggle the squad on CL/EL/CC.
also note that most of this fixtures will be postponed n if u suffer an injury u have to wait until jan to ammend the list not unless u have under 21s.

Liverpool were ripped apart at the hands of Teves and Co. The way Man City played yesterday, they surely are title contenders. The quality on their bench was as good as the quality on the pitch. And the Sheikh was watching! He attended the first match after buying the club in 2008. Inherited billions are easy to spend! Liverpool on the other hand, need millions to mend their clearly defective squad. Torres is unfit, Ngog can't play and Gerrard was playing defensive midfield because Mascerano is off to Barcelona. Liverpool might finish 8th! smile
Set out to correct the world's wrongs and you will most certainly wind up adding to them.

My bet for this season: Chelsea, Man-U, Arsenal, Liverpoolsmile ...tight race but back to same old story!

I don't think Liverpool will make top 7. They are hurting financially and that always affects performance. Their only hope is if Tottenham goofs due to pressure from the many intensive games that come with Champions League.

Told you. Those Riverfools ain't going nowhere. This season is for survival, they'll be looking to avoid dropping to division 1 more that win trophies.

BBI will solve it

@TAZ...am sure arsenal can beat Blackburn, Bolton and sunderland as they did last season. Just that they have the capacity to play hard ball compared to westbrom who may want to pass the ball around and are candidates for another 6-0. I would be weary of Sam allardyce and Steve bruce.

@conos...I think the clubs must have already moved to find a way of remaining competitive and compliant with this rule. Or else we would have seen the mass hiring of eligible players. this hasnt happened. My take is that either the new rules are weak or the clubs are already compliant.

After yesterdays game, it seems the teams to cause the top four problems will be led by Man-city and spurs!

@2012...Liverpool are killing themselves rather quick. First it was Alonso, now Mascherano!
