KCB always has a huge scam every 1-2 years...
@vvs the management have promised to double their assets and lower their cost to income ratio to 50% in three to five years.... Lets see How that affects their profit... And if they don't we'll kick M.O.O out...
Did you know MOO had ZERO shares in KCB (according to KCB's IM)... When I found out... I stayed out... Even the CEO did not want KCB shares so why should I???
Do you have proof that every CEO owns shares in their company??
This hapenns mainly when family businesses orcompanies are listed. KCB was a government bank and so MOO is not obliced to own shares. Does MJ own shares in safcom?
*MJ owns shares in Safaricom... (or did buy a significant number at the IPO)
*Equity Bank is NOT a 'family business' yet JM owns many, many shares... at one time over 5% but had to reduce his stake
*Neil Cuthbert (not 'family') of Rea Vipingo is a top 10 shareholder
*Jacob Segman of KenolKobil is a substantial shareholder thru ESOP + direct ownership. Though not Top 10.
And many more...
