By the way I'm shocked that Quincy Timberlake hasn't found his way onto Wazua yet. He has been peddling his silly rumours on mashada and kenyanlist of late.

The record goes to KPLC, yes, the power company.

Imagine this, if you want to connect power to your house up-country, they will charge you the full cost of the transmission gear [cables, poles, transformers etc] and then they will install the stuff and afix a plaque proclaiming that "this is property of KPLC".

To cap it all; they've been doing it for decades....
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

.....and then when your neighbour wants power, he will be charged 30k and told that he qualifies for "Rural Electrification" since there is a KPLC transformer near his house!

And when you move into a flat where there is an outstanding electricity bill, they ask you to clear it before they can connect you.....This is clearly treating you as if you are their debt collector. BK.

....and then when their employees siphon the oil out of the transformers you are left in the dark for a whole month so that you can mulika the mwizi.

Banks: for something they have the guts to call negotiation fee. Unless you are borrowing tens of millions of shillings nobody ever really negotiates anything. The bank has already predetermined your interest rate and payment schedule which you either take or leave so why are they charging you a negotiation fee????!!!
