Am not complaining,far from it! Am hoping safCON will go even lower and we get also get portability pronto. And I been victim of safCON for long like fellow kenyans, esp when you are out of the country - of course we enjoy the price wars and the promise of cheaper calling rates which consumer doesn't?). Analysis was to examine if its genuine or we are being taken for a ride the way the same Co. did last time with vuka. For now, that doesn't stop us from enjoying the spoils of the price wars!!
