Been around Africa kidogo and I must say in terms of looks, I rank the ladies thus:

almost there buddy - but put the Ethiopians first, then Kagame's girls and then Kenya.
BTW, I dont think there are beauty competitions in Ethiopia juu sasa if everybody on the streets is fly, wata do? It would be easier for them to have 'Uglies' Pageants!
But Kenyan girls are way ahead of Tz and Ug chicks - I visited both places in the last 2 weeks and borrowed guka's stool for a critical view at busy street intersections in Dar and Kpla. Wasn't very impressed -our girls still rock!
