Not too late. You can bail out now that wait to be roasted more. I once bought equity at 300 and ended selling at 260 bob

@kesh, I dont think i need to tetea myself in anyway, my wishful thinking wont matter, i wait to see the strategy that AK management will take then i take my decision. But as you are aware the field of operation AK is in, is the most promising in terms of growth.

what is it offering any buyer? what is their competitive advantage over cheaper convenient fibre supported data services from mobile phone companies?..which in themselves have a wider market reach than access?

they ought to have done their own version of modems long before (even of all companies YU???) mobile phone companies had it.

I am not sure who will be interested in them. They are too overvalued for any serious buyer to consider. Look at the monies safcom pays for acquisitions

Still over 18sh, expensive. This share is amazingly resilient given its declining sales, market share and crazy competition from the mobile companies and wananchi. I dont think it will sustain above 15 for long

Let's wait for the 1H 2010 Results... the real tough time will come in 2011 as Safaricom & Orange go after AK's business customers!

Zuku also aims at AK's client base...

I read that Safaricom bought out IGO & InstaConnect... so why would AK still be a target when Safaricom is taking over the smaller players' customers thus building a corporate client base...
